Team-level insights built from individual skill profiles
People analytics shows the big picture - how skills are distributed across your team, where gaps exist, and how the group is developing. Available to owners, admins, and managers in people development workspaces.
What you can see
Coverage
Which skills are well-represented on your team? Where are the blind spots?
Gaps
Skills where most team members score low. Useful for planning training priorities.
Diversity
How varied are skill profiles across the team? Homogeneous or diverse strengths?
Dynamics
How is the team changing over time? Are training programs showing impact?
Leaderboards and XP
Track engagement through XP (experience points) earned from sessions and streaks. Leaderboards show the most active members - weekly, monthly, or all-time. In hierarchies, you can also compare child workspaces against each other.

Who sees analytics
People analytics is available to owners, admins, and managers. Regular members and guests cannot access this view - they only see their own progress.
