Team-level insights built from individual skill profiles

People analytics shows the big picture - how skills are distributed across your team, where gaps exist, and how the group is developing. Available to owners, admins, and managers in people development workspaces.

Leaderboards and XP

Track engagement through XP (experience points) earned from sessions and streaks. Leaderboards show the most active members - weekly, monthly, or all-time. In hierarchies, you can also compare child workspaces against each other.

Who sees analytics

People analytics is available to owners, admins, and managers. Regular members and guests cannot access this view - they only see their own progress.
