Welcome to WiseWorld
Practice soft skills with AI-driven roleplays - solo or through your organization
WiseWorld helps you rehearse real conversations: feedback, conflict, interviews, leadership moments, and more. Characters respond like people. You see which soft skills showed up in what you said - not slides, not theory.
Why it exists
Reading about negotiation is not rehearsal. Doing the conversation, with clear feedback, is.
Two ways people use it
As a participant
You get a link from work or school - or you explore alone. You join, do a short setup, and follow the path your organization prepared or build your own.
As a program lead
Managers, HR, learning teams, and recruiters set up the space, pick learning or assessment, write the goal or reference, invite people, watch engagement and results.
What you get
roleplays
Ordered steps that measure skills, build practice. Every roleplay has a clear goal, ordered sessions, and sessions you play in order.
PowerWheel
A shared picture of your soft skills - built from what you actually demonstrate in sessions, not self-reported surveys.
Workspaces
The home for your team and roleplays. Roles, credits, invites, people analytics, and references all live here.
Wise & World
Two AI helpers tuned to your real progress. Wise handles skills and guidance. World handles scenes and immersion.
How to get started
Sign up or accept an invite
Create an account with email, Google, or LinkedIn - or use the invite link your organization sent you.
Complete the quick setup
Pick your language, set your name, describe your goal, and create your avatar. Takes a few minutes.
Start your first roleplay
If you were invited, your roleplay is already waiting. If you signed up alone, create one from your goal.
