No. Sessions are interactive scenes with characters who have personalities, goals, and memory. They're set in specific situations within your world - not generic Q&A.

Do I build my own roleplay if I joined through an invite?

Usually no. Your program lead built the roleplay for you — you play the sessions in order. Solo users who signed up independently create their own roleplays.

How fast will I improve?

Soft skills develop through repetition and practice. Expect meaningful change over weeks and months, not from a single session. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Can I keep my progress private from peers?

Yes. Privacy settings let you control what connections see. However, workspace owners and admins may still see aggregate data needed to manage the program.

What are credits and why do I need them?

Credits power the AI features - sessions, chat, generation, and analysis. If you're in a workspace, your organization provides credits. Solo users have their own balance based on their plan.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You won't be able to use AI features until credits reset (daily and monthly) or more are added. Non-AI features like viewing your profile, settings, and connections still work.

Can I use voice instead of typing?

Yes. You can speak your responses during sessions. Your speech is converted to text for the dialogue.

What's the difference between workspace types?

People development is for teams with full collaboration features. Recruitment is for assessments with social features hidden from candidates. Personal development is for individual use with a lighter interface.

Can I be in multiple workspaces?

Yes. You can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles in each. Your home page shows all your workspaces.

What languages are supported?

English, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), French, Spanish (Spain), German, and Arabic. The interface and AI content adapt to your chosen language.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account management. You can deactivate (temporary), request deletion (with a grace period), or confirm immediate deletion. This is permanent.

What is a Reference PowerWheel?

It's a target skill profile for a role. Created from a job description or a team member's profile, it uses the same skills as your PowerWheel so comparisons are direct and meaningful.
